Fran Davis, owner and stylist at Southern Roots, has worked in the beauty industry for 15 years doing hair for over 10 of those years. She grew up in Lakeway and has worked in the area ever since. Fran keeps up with the latest trends and styles by attending hair shows and classes including the International Beauty Show for 2 years in a row in New York City. Fran uses a variety of color lines including L’Oreal and Redken to get her clients what is best for their hair.
Highlights, multidimensional color, balayage, and precision haircuts are her speciality. She strives to give her clients a hairstyle that they can recreate to fit in with their lifestyle.

Lacy started working in salons 12 years ago she has grown up in the industry and is a native to the dripping springs, lakeway, Austin area. Hair is her passion she has mastered a wide range of hair techniques including curly hair,  long hair and short pixies, she specializes in foil highlights and low lights, balayge, color correction, grey reduction, fashionable haircuts, Brazilain blowouts, razor cuts kids haircuts and styling. Lacy uses a wide range of redken, L’Oréal and wella color lines including cover fusion for stubborn grey coverage. She stays updated on all the latest trends to keep you in style all the time, and is great at communicating what will look best for your face shape hair type and skin tone, she places high value on listening exactly to what the client wants and respecting their hair. In her free time she loves to take classes and watch YouTube videos on the latest hair care trends. Creativity is why she loves what she does, making people feel beautiful or good about themselves is the best part about being a stylist.

Since 2008 Molly has been helping women in the Lakeway area find their personal style. Her focus as a stylist is to connect with her clients and to give them the best possible hair experience, with everything from their color to precision cut. She is a certified Redken Color specialist and has had one on one training under Redken platform artist, David Stanko, Sam Villa and Kris Sorbie. Molly feels so blessed to have a job that she loves and is her passion.

Krislyn has been doing hair in the Lakeway area for a little over 6 years. She is a Redken certified colorist and specializes in highlights and balayge, as well as, Keratin Complex treatments. Her goal as a stylist is to make sure her clients feel at home and at ease when they are in her chair. She strives to make sure each client leaves happy and confident, with color and haircuts that enhance their individual beauty.
